The body of this djembe is hand-turned from jackfruit wood and covered with goatskin using a multi-layered alpine nylon-polyester cord.

On the belly of the drum there is a braided carrying handle and a reserve tension cord.

There is a bass reflex ring inside to enhance the sound spectrum in favor of bass tones.

Thanks to the recesses on the base, the djembe can also be played without tilting. Ideal as a bass element when playing with several djembes at the same time.

The wood is varnished to improve its appearance and prevent humidity, tension and dirt.

The wood of this djembe has been air-dried for several years.

As a result, there is generally less tension in the wood and the sound becomes a little fuller.
