Ultra-hygienic dense cellular structure with excellent adhesion.

Suitable for light to medium intensity forms of yoga, such as Hatha and Yin Yoga.

Caution: Not suitable for intense forms of yoga, such as Power yoga or Ashtanga.

Note: Can be used on both sides.

Instructions for use and maintenance:

Before first use, unroll the mat and air it for 2-3 days.

Clean with a damp cloth using cold water and mild soap or yoga mat cleaner.

Let dry lying down.

Store the mat in a cool, dry place, preferably rolled up in a yoga mat bag.

Do not expose for long periods to direct sunlight or excessively hot places, such as the trunk of a car parked in the sun.
